We are pleased to advise buyers that the construction of all retaining walls and associated earthwork in Stage 2, and the removal of surplus backfill material in Stage 2 was completed during this construction season.

Remaining work on the site includes the completion of flankage fences in Stage 1 and Stage2; final landscaping on the east storm pond site and school site; and completion of the maintenance on the underground deep utilities and roadway improvements in Stage 2.
