A comprehensive set of Eagle Ridge Architectural Guidelines ensures that the community will always maintain its beauty, comfort and value. The Guidelines will be registered on title to each lot and multi-family unit in order to preserve the integration of building design within the community.

Homes throughout Eagle Ridge will embrace classic, traditional architectural styles: Victorian, Colonial, Craftsman and Prairie. Designs may combine more than one architectural style, if the combination is complimentary.

NOTE: Although the approved land use contemplates front drive garages, the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo Planning department has indicated it will likely not approve plans that include front driveway garages on lots with rear lanes.

Exteriors will employ appropriate rooflines, entry treatments, window treatments and decorative features.
