These builders have completed the requirements to qualify to build in Eagle Ridge. Some of these builders have already purchased lots from Centron. As well, individuals who have purchased lots may use this group of builders. Any builder contracting with an individual lot owner must enter into a Confirmation and Acknowledgment Agreement between Centron and the Builder and that individual. While these builders have completed Centron Residential Corporation’s requirements to build in Eagle Ridge, Centron Residential Corporation and JRM Realty Advisors Ltd. make no representations or warranties to purchasers as to the suitability of any given builder. As such, purchasers are expected to select their builder upon doing appropriate due diligence, including making enquiries and checking references before incurring any expense or entering into any binding arrangements with any Approved Builder. Accordingly, Centron Residential Corporation and JRM Realty Advisors Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by purchasers or any other party as a result of a purchaser offering a contract to or accepting a contract from any Approved Builder, nor be responsible for any dissatisfaction or defect with the completed home, or required to mediate any disputes between purchasers and their builders.
