Lot Information


Where are the lots? How big are they? How much do they cost?

Current lot locations, sizes and prices are all available at www.liveateagleridge.com on the Eagle Ridge maps. On the web page look under the tab for Single Family Homes where you will find a current list of available lots and pricing.


How much is the down payment?

Lot down payments are 15% of the purchase price, plus GST. You will also be required to post a Security Deposit of $10,000.00 on closing to guarantee your performance under your purchase and sales agreement including the workmanship on your home and landscaping.


How much time do I have to send in the down payment?

Once you have selected your lot, we will send you an Agreement for Purchase and Sale by courier. You must return a signed copy of the Agreement for Purchae and s Sale within ten days of receipt by you along with the 15% deposit . If you do not return the Agreement with the appropriate deposit, the lot will be returned to inventory and will be made available to other purchasers.  You will be free to start the process again at a later date if you choose, selecting from the then available inventory.


If I change my mind, will my down payment be refunded?

If you notify Centron Residential of your intent to withdraw within 30 days, your down payment will be refunded less an administrative charge of $500.


When will I have to close on the lot?

You must place a minimum 15% down payment immediately upon selecting the lot and close  within 60 days. The Agreement for Purchase and Sale  fully details the terms and conditions of purchase.


When will the lot be ready to build on?

There are a large selection of lots available now and additional lots will be released in 2008 as Stage 2 construction proceeds.  Lot availability is located on the web page under the Single Family Homes tab.


Does the developer supply landscaping for lots?

No. Landscaping is the responsibility of the lot owner and is subject to Eagle Ridge Community Architectural Guidelines. A limited amount of topsoil will be available for builders to access.


Is there a building commitment?

Yes. Building must commence within 12 months and be completed within 24 months of the lot purchase date. If you breach this condition the lot may be repurchased by the vendor.
