The registration form consists of two parts: personal information and a statutory declaration. All information must be provided; incomplete registrations will be ineligible. How do I know if I qualify under the draw rules? The rules for the Lot Draws are detailed here Grant Thornton LLP, auditors, are responsible for administering the draws in accordance with the draw rules. The draws are not open to the public. Each draw will be made within one week of the closing date for receipt of the respective Registration Forms. The closing date for the draws for the lots and for the condos will be posted on this web site. Within one week of a draw, a Centron consultant will notify you of your place in the selection process as a result of the relevant draw for either the Lots or the Condos. The draw selection follows the order in which names are drawn. In each category of each draw, qualified registrants are contacted until all lots or condos are spoken for. If there are no lots or condos left in a draw, am I in line for the next draw? Registrations are not held over for future draws. You must submit a new registration form for each draw. Check the website regarding the timing of future draws for all lots, condo units or other housing that might come available. If I’m selected but decide not to purchase, can I participate in future draws? Yes, you may enter future draws. However, if a spouse or dependent is successful in one draw, you – and those family members - are ineligible for future draws .Purchasers can only purchase one Unit or Lot in Eagle Ridge. Can my spouse or common law partner and I enter the same draw? No. Only one member of an immediate family may enter a draw. If I qualify under more than one category, can I register more than once? No. You may submit a maximum of one registration form for each draw. I already own a home in Ft. McMurray. Am I eligible for the draws? No. The draws are not open to persons who already own residential property in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
